Lunch and Dinner Menu Options If you plan to join us for lunch and/or dinner, please pick one of the three menu options from the next screen. A breakdown of each option is below. Lunch Option #1 - Piedmont Salad: Grilled chicken breast chopped with bacon, red onion and feta cheese, served over a bed of Caesar dressed leaf romaine lettuce and garnished wiht tomatoes, grapes and cashews Lunch Option #2 - Chicken Asiago Melt: Chicken breast served with spinach, asiago cheese and pesto spread on foccacia Lunch Option #3 - New Yorker: Seasoned roast beef, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and a three cheese blend topped by a Dijon mustard Dinner Option #1 - Smoke House Sirloin: 8 oz. sirloin seasoned and grilled medium with mashed potatoes and gravy and sauteed vegetables Dinner Option #2 - Chinatown Chicken: Grilled chicken breast with a sweet teriyaki glaze over harvest rice and fresh sauteed vegetables, with homemade fried wontons and scallions Dinner Option #3 - Baked Cod: Marinated in lemon herb butter and served with pilaf rice, fresh sauteed vegetables and drawn butter
